This week has been on full-speed since Sunday afternoon soccer, to the Monday total solar eclipse to now a double booked Tuesday night for school curriculum preview and soccer practice commuting. The school curriculum preview night is one of two this week for three of the four. And soccer season ’17-’18 practice has been in full season swing all four school nights during the week for weeks with weekend tournament in a few days for both our academy players. First up for curriculum night tonight is fifth grade and Mikey is taking school duty while I take the guys with me to Addy Kate’s soccer practice round trip while she spends her night playing, conditioning and running. If only we could send her to curriculum night, she already spends her year giving me updates on what I need to know and reminding me of upcoming events… now Mikey can be her back-up resource! Addy Kate and I did manage to get in some weekend shopping before this week’s schedule kicked in and found this black frame denim skirt. My love for denim needed a skirt mixed in and this one will certainly work with anything from slip-on sandals to boots (or even these coveted beauties here and here) AND pairs great with tees to a lace sweater (also another recent purchase) or a turtleneck pretty in pink sweater from late summer to early fall. Happy Tuesday!!! And we’re off to pick-up Addy Kate from her late night sweatfest on the soccer fields, it may be awhile before this skirt gets a sweater mixed in! xxxx jess
