During a recent girls day(s) out I opted for an upgraded look to my go to denim shorts with a frayed black denim Frame skirt and paired the bare legs with a sweater for this cool to warm almost fall like weather with this lace detailed light and airy Inhabit cashmere sweater, aviators (similar without the investment look alike here) and my favorite gold sandals. Addy Kate wore last years vest similar faux fur vest with her go to closet staples all current season similar leggings, shirt and converse.
This was a weekend before soccer season was back into full swing like it has been this weekend (and since this girl usually plays at least two games a weekend) we headed out for a girls Saturday and second round of Sunday shopping in the city. We tried on and filled our instastory with snaps of fall fashions arrivals everywhere from Target (like this perfect for fall maxi dress) to Nordstrom (for this Rails flannel and rag & bone capri denim) and we even went for day two for a quick trip to Saks to try on these Celine sunnies and Gucci slippers and the super lux slippers (A total wish list item) here. We loved it all of course and had so much fun!!
After five days of hanging out at home with these guys this past week, if not entirely inside our house with only limited time outside only in our neighborhood playing in the rain (with our three wild little guys, read all about what it’s like for Addy Kate being the big sister of a boys entourage here) we are ready for another weekend of fall shopping. It will have to be in between our soccer schedules with now three players (and Michael as Liam’s coach) on our weekend rosters. Until then we’ll keep up with our recent finds online and get delivery to our door until our next girls day out!! xxxxjess
