This week has us all seeing summer of twenty-seventeen in our sights…sunny days with highs in the upper 80s, field days for everyone and back to the pool for summer swim team practices. We are ALL in countdown mode to summer vacation here with so many year-end activities and the start of summer ones. While digging for Addy Kate’s swim team gear I decided to start taking inventory of my swim too. This Gucci beauty is hands down still one of my favorite swim even though it was a purchase pre-Liam Leo (who will be 5!!! this summer). It’s a favorite because it checks so many boxes of what I like in a swimsuit…I can wear it strapless (no tan lines for strappy summer dresses) or tied (so my little guys don’t swipe it off or in case I want to play some beach volleyball with Addy Kate), it’s full piece-esque with a cut-out back giving it some coverage (and could double as a top) and it matches something THIS season my Eres green shorts (see post about those beauties and here). ALL sizes of the Eres which really do live up to the name of Magic Victory cotton army green shorts are back in stock, with just as many similar options out there in all price points linked below too!!!
There are so many of swim styles I’m coveting and clicking along with just as many accessories, cover-ups and sandals too. We’re off to the beach in just over a month giving me still plenty of time to research, select, try-on and decide what to get and what to keep before we go. I’m also waiting out some memorial day sales too! I’m certainly a last minute packer, but swimsuits for me take some prep and I like to have plenty of options to take along to the beach and pool as well as my go to favorites like the red Eres swim I wore in Charleston this February!
